  Unfortunately I couldn’t hire a trailer. I pre-booked a trailer and Secure two week prior to pickup. On pickup date the trailer had a load on it that the office ladies Laura and Christie didn’t even know about. I asked when I could pick it up after it was unloaded. I returned to pick it up and the trailer was gone, leased out to someone else.
  There was no offer to make amends, like offering a trailer from the Sales fleet like the advertising says. And now I’m out of pocket with no trailer and can’t work.
  
  Sorry but this a review post and this post is true and factual.
  
  Firstly I have no idea who ''Paul" is and secondly I have the phone records to prove conversations had taken place on Thursday the 16th August 2018, we asked to view the trailer when we arrived it was full of stuff, we were told to come back when you had removed the stuff off of the trailer. Monday 20th August 2018 I called again to advise we were not going to make it as we were held up with work and would be in first thing in the morning. I had even enquired about accommodation close to your business as myself and my colleague where arriving late Monday night and was recommended a couple of places. I spoke to Kristy about this. I called Tuesday and was told to speak to another female who claimed to be the manager and advised us that the trailer had been hired yesterday. Why was this not advised the day before by any of the staff members that I repeatedly spoke too.
  
  We also enquired if we needed to fill any paperwork and again advised that was not necessary and to come in on the day to fill out. Given that this was the second attempt to obtain a trailer through your company, this is not acceptable. Not only had we paid for unnecessary accommodation out of our own pockets this has also cost us work, money and a complete waste of our time.
  
  So no I will not remove the post, as this a real review and have the right to review based on my dealings with your company. Any further requests to remove this review, I am more than happy to take it to Consumer Affairs.

  I recently purchased some rubber from this organisation, and the staff there were very polite and helpful, however, Charmaine, stood out from the crowd. She picked up from where another staff member left off, and saved the day, so well done, for being so understanding, even when I was stressed, due to another staff member's inefficiency.
  
  A big thanks, to the young man that went out of his way, and delivered the rubber, on his way home from work, he was friendly and efficient too, (sorry I didn't get his name). What started off not so good, with another staff member, ended well thanks to these lovely people, who just made things happen.

  Thank You Semi Trailer Sales for another great experience. Firstly to the office staff you ladies are such a pleasure to deal with. Your customer service and knowledge is impeccable. My husband and I have recently purchased our third trailer from your company and again you have exceeded our expectations. Good quality trailer, excellent customer service and great turn around time. We look forward to doing business with you again.
